• Consider common Conflict Resolution Barriers
• Apply the SCARF Model to identify key Conflict Triggers so the Conflict can be resolved early
Coaching Skills for Leaders
The Coaching Training will focus on these specific topics:
• Discuss Coaching Skills, Behaviors, and Results to broaden the scope of your Coaching
• Apply the Curbstone Coaching Model to informal coaching so that you can provide timely and balanced feedback to others
• Leverage the Coaching Template for Formal Coaching opportunities so that you have a structure to better ensure a successful Coaching Meeting
Challenging Discussions
At the end of the Challenging Discussion Training, you will be able to:
• Identify key principles to prepare for a Challenging Discussion with a team member
• Determine resources and best practices in final preparation for a Challenging Discussion
• Leverage a simple template to help navigate you through the discussion effectively
The Art of the Follow Up
At the end of the Follow Up Meeting Training, you will be able to:
• Review Probing Question techniques to identify the level of Team Member success since the Challenging Discussion
• Determine key points of a Follow Up Conversation when a Team Member has been successful since the Challenging Discussion
• Apply a Professional Follow Up Structure when the Team Member has NOT been successful
