AAIM Training Cancellation/Reschedule and Inclement Weather Policy
For all cancellations/reschedules or questions about them, contact us at 314.754.0236 or register@aaimea.org.
- All registrations are firm. Substitutions are encouraged when the original registrant is unable to attend.
- Full credit will be given when the registrant cancels/reschedules MORE THAN 10 business days prior to the date of the scheduled program.
- A processing fee will be applied to all cancellations/reschedules received LESS THAN 10 business days prior to the date of the scheduled program.
- No-shows and day-of-class cancellations/reschedules will not be refunded.
- In the case of illness or a medical emergency, the registrant must notify AAIM and will then be offered the next date of the program at half price after the absence is paid in full.
- In the event of inclement weather, it is the participant’s responsibility to find out if the program has been canceled by calling AAIM at 314.754.0236 any time after 6:00 am to hear a cancellation message.
