Online Harassment Prevention Training
In 2019, Illinois became the 6th U.S. State to require employers to provide anti-harassment training to employees. Employers with one or more employees working in Illinois must provide harassment prevention training before December 31, 2020, and each calendar year after that. Our newly added Illinois-compliant training course is delivered via our easy-to-use online learning platform. Managing records and course completion for compliance is simple with AAIM University! Members with an AAIM University login can find this under compliance. No AAIM University login? Use the link below to request information and access.

On-Demand: Updating Employee Handbook Policies for 2020
2020 has been quite a year, with ever-changing regulations at the local, state, and federal levels. An outdated employee handbook can leave an employer unnecessarily susceptible to potential claims. This on-demand workshop is available as three separate sessions:
- Session 1: Must Have Policies, and COVID-19 Policy Intersections
- Session 2: Policy Categories
- Session 3: Handbook Best Practices
