Building Commitment & Accountability IN-PERSON

Leaders in organizations frequently speak about creating a culture of ‘accountability’. But what is ‘accountability’? Why is it important and what does it look like in a high-performance organization? Commitment and accountability go hand in hand. A culture of high accountability requires a culture of high commitment. In this training class you will learn the components of both, and how to make them part of your organization’s culture.

At the end of this class you will be able to:
• describe personal and cultural characteristics of commitment and accountability.
• determine your emotional engagement style and your team members.
• identify leadership tactics that can increase or decrease commitment.
• practice the three major components of accountability.
• create clear agreements that promote accountability.
• use the ‘language’ of accountability
• empower others to take ownership of work and projects.
