Participants will be exposed to skills beyond basic responsibilities of a supervisor. This next step in AAIM's Supervisor training curriculum explores Delegation Skills, Dealing with Conflict, Leading Change, Delivering Performance Appraisals, Interviewing Skills, and Building Teamwork.
