As an AAIM member, you can find out if your policies and processes are on point with our member-to-member HR surveys. Our solutions team routinely measures current initiatives and monitors the latest business trends to determine how other businesses operate. Once we discover the latest HR initiatives and best practices, we send out an HR survey to you and the rest of our national and regional members to get your take on the idea, process, or best practice. After the data is collected, we email you the results to benchmark your company, allowing you to find out if your policies are on point with others in the area.
Other HR surveys are outdated and don’t offer member-to-member results.
AAIM’s HR Trend Surveys are member-to-member surveys, so only you and other members can take the survey and receive the results. Our custom surveys give you a pulse on the latest best practices and policies other successful members are implementing to help you decide if they’re right for your business model. Along with accepting survey topics, AAIM’s solutions team monitors the latest trends to create valuable surveys for our members. Our HR Trend Surveys are sent to participating members bi-weekly, and the results are provided one week later.
