The success of a project depends on a team’s ability to solve a problem by moving an idea into reality. There are many critical steps along the way to accomplishing this work, so knowing more about how this happens will allow your team to flourish. This will depend on knowing more about the process as welling knowing more about the people on your team.

By the end of this session you will be able to:

• Understand the six stages of work that needs to happen on all projects
• Notice the patterns that happen in work
• Find the parts of work that bring you joy, and reduce the amount of judgment or guilt around other parts of work
• See how your personal strengths work together with the strengths of other people on your team
• Learn how to have more productive meetings
