Why Prompt Camp
Most people writing prompts today are getting back output that's generically correct. The AI fills in the blanks with whatever's most common — and you spend the next 20 minutes editing it into something that actually sounds like you.
A great prompt does the opposite. With the right structure, context, and direction, the output lands close to ready. You're editing for polish, not rewriting for substance. That's the difference between AI saving you time and AI just moving where you spend it.

Camp is structured. Not improvised. Here's the rhythm of the morning.
We start with a self-assessment to rate your current skills. Then we cover six elements through one discipline — the prompting framework that separates power users from dabblers. By the end of the first hour, you'll know the exact pattern your prompts should follow — and why most prompts fail without it.
You stop watching and start building. Using your own real HR scenarios, you'll write, test, refine, and lock in a starter pack of prompts for your specific role. Lauren works the room (or the Zoom room) giving real-time coaching as you go.

In the final hour, you meet Prompt Coach Anna. We show you how she works, how to use her in your daily workflow, and how to get the most out of lifetime access. We close with the Camp Pledge — a short ceremony where you commit, on paper, to what you're building next.

Who is Prompt Camp built for?
Prompt Camp is built for HR pros who are already using AI but want to use it with intent — not by guesswork.
You’re a great fit if:

• You can write a basic prompt but feel like your results vary wildly
• You’re ready to invest in being genuinely good at this — not just dabbling
It’s probably not the right fit if:
• You’ve never used an AI tool before (start with our other AI offerings first)
• You’re looking for a tool demo or feature walkthrough
• You want to be a passive observer — Camp is hands-on, laptop required

Do I need any AI experience to attend?
Some, yes. Prompt Camp is built for HR professionals who are already using AI — even casually. If you’ve used ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or Aaime Hart for any HR task, you’re ready.
If you’ve never used an AI tool before, Camp will move too fast. Reach out and we’ll point you to a better starting place.
Which AI tool will we use during Camp?
Camp is intentionally tool-agnostic. The framework works across ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, and Aaime Hart. Bring whatever tool you currently use most. You’ll leave with prompts that work in any of them.
What is Prompt Coach Anna — and how do I access her?
Prompt Coach Anna is a custom AI assistant built by AAIM, trained for HR, and available only to Prompt Camp grads. She holds you to the framework you learn at Camp — pushing back when you write lazy prompts, asking better questions when you accept mediocre answers.
If you’ve used a chatbot before, you can use Coach Anna. We’ll spend time during Camp making sure you’re comfortable. Lifetime access is included with your Camp registration and there’s no other way in.
Note* You must have a ChatGPT account to access, though no paid subscription is required.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop (charged), access to your preferred AI tool, and at least one real HR document or scenario you’d like to work on during Camp. We’ll send a full “Packing List” with your registration confirmation.
Will SHRM and HRCI credits be available?
Continuing education credits have been applied for through both SHRM and HRCI.
Can my whole team attend?
Yes — group registrations are welcome!
Is the session recorded? Can I watch later if I miss it?
Camp is live and hands-on by design, but we will record the Virtual Day Camp session for registered attendees to review afterward.
If you can’t make Friday’s in-person Camp, register for Tuesday’s Virtual Day Camp instead.
I’m not in HR — can I still attend?
Camp’s curriculum is built around HR scenarios — recruiting, employee comms, comp, performance, compliance, learning. Adjacent roles (talent acquisition, people ops, HRBP, internal comms) will get strong value. Roles further from HR may find better fit in our other AI offerings.
Is this just for AAIM members or open to anyone?
Open to everyone. AAIM members receive preferred pricing — $50 off both Early Bird and standard rates. If your organization isn’t an AAIM member yet, contact us to learn more.
