The PI Behavioral Assessment measures an individual’s motivating drives and needs. The assessment has been used by thousands of businesses around the world for over 60 years to assist in hiring, coaching, motivating, and developing employees.
On average, the PI Behavioral Assessment takes less than 6 minutes. Individuals are presented with two lists of descriptive adjectives. Each term is associated with one of five drivers:
Respondents first select the adjectives they feel describe the way they are expected to act by others. They then choose the ones they feel actually describe them. A comprehensive profile of the individual is then generated based on their responses.
