    Training ePlanner

    The ePlanner is designed to make it easier for employers to find the resources they need to develop their employees’ and leaders’ skills. We have identified foundational skills for individual contributors, supervisors, managers, and human resource professionals. Using our contributor-level matrix, members can create a development plan for each of their employees, and leaders, that will help them maximize their strengths and address areas for improvement.

  • HRCI Partnership

    AAIM Employers’ Association and HRCI have partnered to offer AAIM Employers’ Association members the following benefits when obtaining or renewing their HRCI certifications:

    Earn up to twelve (12) Re-certification Credits per renewal cycle.*

    Three credits per full year of AAIM Employers’ Association membership (to a maximum of nine [9] credit hours) under the membership category and an additional three [3] Business credits (one [1] per year for SPHR) under the continuing education category. If your HRCI credential does not require Business credit (PHR, GPHR or CA), the credit type will default to HR General credit.
