The Principles of Leadership course (formerly, “90 Days to Success”) provides a comprehensive approach to teaching the skills an employee needs to be an effective manager. Our goal is to help new leaders master the required skills and avoid trial and error, mistakes, missed opportunities and possible career derailment.
