AAIM continues its successful series of engaging and informative sessions with “Blueprint for Success” exploring how to build and sell a Total Rewards Program internally to your organization.
With the mid-way point of 2023 just around the corner, we continue to hear mixed messages from those involved in predicting the US economy. On one hand, we hear about a recession by the 4th quarter of 2023 and into the first part of 2024. On the other hand, unemployment remains low and organizations continue the difficult task of finding and retaining the talent needed to be successful. More than ever a structured “Total Rewards Strategy” is needed to help navigate key decisions.
Participants will experience the significance of the total rewards “Blueprint”, learn the elements of a sound strategy, and most importantly, get tips on how to engage senior leadership, in both the design and support of the strategy to help in the establishment and implementation of a comprehensive Total Rewards Strategy.
