Knowing your business as an HR Professional is key to getting what you need to improve your teams and overall organization. The best HR teams measure and track specific metrics to align their goals to the business goals for their companies. To do this, they must know what matters most and how HR metrics align with those priorities. This course will review different types of data, its sources, what it means, and how to make recommendations based on what your data tells you about impacting the organization’s goals.
