Pamela brings over 30 years of executive-level human resources leadership to her role as a facilitator for AAIM. With extensive experience shaping high-performing workplace cultures across Fortune 500 companies and privately held organizations, Pamela specializes in talent strategy, leadership development, and aligning people practices with business goals.
A U.S. Air Force veteran and Certified Executive Human Resources Partner, Pamela is known for her practical, mission-driven approach to workforce development. She is particularly skilled at supporting the successful integration of veterans into civilian workforces, creating inclusive environments that value diverse experiences and perspectives.
Pamela previously served as President of the Greater Orlando Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she championed initiatives to promote mental health awareness and build recovery-ready workplaces.
