Through real-world case studies, participants will learn how to coach managers toward better outcomes, reduce organizational risk, and strengthen accountability — all while maintaining trust and respect in the workplace.
At the end of this 2 hour class, participants will be able to:
- Coach managers through effective performance management conversations
- Apply best practices for documenting performance issues clearly and objectively
- Identify when coaching is no longer enough and when to escalate to corrective action
- Guide managers on delivering feedback using the “What, Why, How” model
- Review performance evaluations to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Support consistency and fairness in disciplinary processes
