Jessica Gibbens is a Talent Acquisition Expert with 20+ years of local, national, and global talent acquisition experience. Prior to becoming an independent AAIM Business Partner in 2016, her career focus was on high-growth staffing and recruiting start-ups that possessed international recruiting strategies and workforces.
Armed with a progressively unique business model, cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies, and premium industry resources, technology, tools, and subscriptions, Jessica’s team employs a proactive recruiting approach and offers tiered levels of recruiting support that includes full-cycle (source-to-hire) recruiting, a hybrid non-voice/paper-based candidate sourcing and paper screen solution, as well as recruitment strategy consulting services to organizations with priority hiring initiatives, talent acquisition challenges, or who are dedicated to building, expanding, or upskilling, their internal recruiting teams.
Her broad talent acquisition experience includes but is not limited to hourly technical and skilled trades, professional and corporate staff, specialized and niche roles, and executive-level recruitment within manufacturing, professional and business products and services, nonprofit, start-up, and small business environments (to name a few).
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, a Minor in Spanish, and a dual Master’s Degree in International Business and International relations. Through educational and professional endeavors, she has lived in over nine countries, speaks three languages, and greatly enjoys traveling abroad and off the grid.
