Date: June 29
Time: 8:00-9:00am
Location:  AAIM Training Center, 1600 S Brentwood Blvd, Suite #400, St. Louis, MO 63144

As any good business person knows, to have a successful business you must hire the right people.  While never easy, recent changes have only made the task of recruitment and hiring more difficult.  In this session, the group will discuss the latest restrictions imposed on the hiring process, review the baseline rules, and most importantly consider recent examples of how and why the process can go wrong.  The purpose of this session is to spark a discussion of best practices and critical real-world “dos and don’ts” to make sure you hire the right people, without unintentionally creating any liability in the process. This session is designed for anyone involved in the recruitment or hiring process.

Discussion Leader: Joe Wientge, Attorney, Littler Mendelson, P.C., Employment & Labor Law Solutions Worldwide
