In recent months, we have seen many high-profile examples and media attention on the topic of sexual harassment. Anything from news about workplace harassment, to Hollywood allegations, to the “#MeToo” movement on social media. As leaders in the workplace, it is our responsibility to protect our employees from such potential misconduct within our businesses and we are required by law to create a safe environment for every employee. Taking a proactive approach is your best defense in the event of a sexual harassment, and all other harassment claims.
