AAIM now offers a Safety Manager Certification which provides a comprehensive overview of the basics that all Safety Managers should know and understand. This course satisfies one of the required training requirements for the AAIM Safety Manager Certification. This course is also available to anyone who wishes to learn more about this particular subject to mitigate hazards, avoid OSHA fines, and improve overall safety for organizations of any type, regardless of whether they are pursuing the AAIM Safety Manager Certification.
This course will cover the most common health hazards that are encountered in the workplace: exposure to chemicals, asbestos, silica, lead, hex chrome. Identification and evaluation, sources of exposure, health hazard information, and controls.
