Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognize and understand the feelings and emotional reactions in one’s self and others, then to use that information to build better relationships. AAIM’s High EQ Leader course explored Leading with Empathy and Self-Control as a people leader. ‘Emotional Intelligence 2.0’ course goes even deeper to provide self-awareness by exploring each individual’s strengths and opportunities around their emotional intelligence using the personalized EQ-i 2.0 assessment. By introducing and exploring the five components of EQ-i 2.0 model, participants will learn where and how emotional intelligence is present in their daily interactions, how they demonstrate the associated behaviors, and how to evaluate their personalized assessment for improved self-awareness. The structure of this training will invite participants to engage in various interactive activities that will complement and enhance their EI skill development to the next level.

Prerequisites: For Individual Contributors or Leaders at all levels in the organization; Previous experience with an EQ course is recommended but not required as a prerequisite. All participants will receive the EQ-i 2.0 Online assessment to complete prior to the live class.
