As a leader, you have daily opportunities to provide coaching to your team members. While that coaching can be more formal and planned, coaching can also be effective immediately following an appointment, transaction, presentation or other event. We will focus on coaching using the Curbstone Coaching model, one that can be used in both formal and informal situations.
At the end of this course you will be able to:
• Effectively address and discuss performance challenges
• Leverage the Curbstone Coaching model to provide meaningful and balanced feedback
• Understand ways to use the model in formal and informal situations
