Behavioral-based interviews provide a more objective set of facts to make employment decisions than other interview methods.  In a behavioral interview, it is much more difficult to give responses that are untrue to your character.  This course is an extension of our Basic Behavioral Interviewing Skills where you learned how to write and ask interview questions as well as how to establish professional rapport with candidates.  The advanced course will focus on developing questions that evaluate integrity, leadership, initiative, communication skills, problem solving and adaptability.

You will conduct a one-hour practice interview in the course.
