This 3-Day series course is designed to provide those next level management skills for Supervisors who have been through AAIM’s Supervisor Essentials course. Participants will be exposed to skills beyond basic responsibilities of a supervisor. This next step in AAIM’s Supervisor training curriculum explores Delegation Skills, Empowering Others, Leading Change, Performance Appraisals, Interviewing Skills, Critical Thinking, and developing a Professional Presence.
