Affirmative Action Plans

For federal contractors and subcontractors, compliance with complex and ever-changing affirmative action regulations can prove challenging, while non-compliance can be costly. Organizations selected for Compliance Evaluations by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) have only 30 days to submit their current Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs), including statistical analyses, narratives, and supporting documentation.

AAIM’s consulting staff develops over 150 OFCCP compliant AAPs each year. We incorporate the ever-changing requirements to ensure compliance and are proud to say that none of our AAPs have received any technical violation during a review process.
